We currently ship Australia-wide.

Orders are processed and dispatched after payment is confirmed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown clearly at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Notes

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are managed by the shipping carrier. While we aim to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of roasted coffee products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We will review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
